We are looking to recruit a
Relief Carer for day and night shift
to join our team.13.12 per hour

Essential Experience / Criteria
A Carer will be:
A motivated and caring individual.
Able to maintain accurate written records of residents' daily activities.
Able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff team, residents and their relatives.
Have a legal right to work in the UK
Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia, is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote a homely, therapeutic environment, which encourages independence and meets the needs of each individual. Safeguard the residents at all times. Assist and support residents with all identified care need in line with the Health & Social Care Standards. Promote mental and physical wellbeing of residents through engaging and interactive activities.
