As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth functioning in the absence of the regular manager.
Duties
Manage and lead the team effectively, providing guidance and support
Supervise food production and kitchen activities to maintain quality standards
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
Assist in various operational tasks to help streamline processes
Utilise culinary knowledge to ensure food quality and presentation meet expectations
Uphold hospitality standards to deliver exceptional customer service
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Oversee restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
Experience
Previous experience in team management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Proficiency in supervising kitchen operations and food production
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support staff effectively
