Location: Sullom Voe Terminal / Shetland Gas Plant / Sella Ness Lodge | Shetland Isles

Salary: 18.00 per hour

Total Package Value

: Up to 39,500 per annum

Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off | 73.5 hours per week

Your Role


As

Relief Chef Manager

, you will step in during periods of leave and absence, taking full ownership of our catering operations. Your role includes inspiring teams, delivering high-quality food, and ensuring full compliance and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing catering team Deliver large-scale catering (400+ meals per lunch/dinner service) Manage food production and service to the highest standards Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards Manage stock, control costs, and complete all required financial reporting Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed ? What We're Looking For

+ Hands-on leadership style with a passion for food and service excellence
+ Strong client-facing and team-building skills

Food Safety Level 3 qualification
