Our client in Manchester is a national charity and healthcare provider who specializes in care for Young adults and Elderly individuals with dementia, mental health, and learning disabilities services in residential care homes.

Rate of pay: \xc2\xa316.81ph \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa317.93ph (inclusive of holiday pay)

What\xe2\x80\x99s involved?

• As a Relief Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.
• You will be expected to adhere to IDDSI requirements when needed.

You will need:

• An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
• Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
• IDDSI knowledge
• To have had experience as a chef within a healthcare environment.
