Relief cleaner required for 4 weeks at College in Portree until Friday 22nd August

Monday to Friday - 2.5 - 3 hours per evening

Anytime after 5pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relief Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clients settings. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
