We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relief Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our client's settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a hygienic environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are stored correctly after use. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management skills are highly valued.
