As part of our team, you will receive support from our dedicated Service Manager and Operations team, ensuring you have the guidance and resources needed to succeed. You will also undergo a comprehensive 4-week training programme to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Relief Driver, your main duties will include:

Servicing clients' sanitary bins, air fresheners, soaps, etc., ensuring high-quality service. Communicating with the Service Manager, Operations Team, and clients regarding services and any issues. Completing all allocated jobs by the end of each week. Obtaining client signatures for completed jobs using an app system. Adhering to all health and safety protocols set by the client. Maintaining the cleanliness of the company van and wearing a clean company uniform.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A full UK Manual Driving Licence for a minimum of 12 months, ideally with no points (any points will be subject to insurance confirmation). Enhanced DBS check clearance. A commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. A proactive attitude and the use of initiative. The ability to take ownership of routes and jobs. Good communication skills. Pride in your work.
