Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're working with one of the biggest producers of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing essential cover across multiple farms, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Managing farm conditions-feed, water, lighting, and environmental controls-to keep our birds thriving.
  • Leading and supporting farm teams to maintain high welfare, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring farms are stocked and fully operational.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in poultry or a similar agricultural role (we'd consider someone with a livestock background).
  • A solid decision-maker who thrives working independently.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide farm teams effectively.
  • A full clean driving licence (a work van will be provided).
  • Level 2/3 Poultry Passport (or willingness to complete this).

This is a full-time role (48 hours per week, 5 from 7 shift pattern, with flexibility to work a 6th day when required).
