Job description


Based at: Currently based at the Civic Office, Doncaster, however you will be required to work from any Council building.

Salary details: Grade 6, 13.46 per hour

Contract Type: Casual, variable hours working as and when required

Hours: Covering a variety of 7.5 hour shifts, 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm

to 6am, it is likely you will cover some weekends and

bank holidays as is required.

An opportunity has arisen to join the HEART team as a HEART Call Handler covering on a relief basis, working on a variety of shifts. The post provides high level customer service & customer care via the telephone & call centre equipment to support to the HEART service and the vulnerable people of Doncaster using the service.

Working on a relief basis covering weekdays, weekends or bank holidays. Shifts are 7.5 hours days 6am to 2pm, afters 2pm to 10pm and nights 10pm to 6am.
