As a relief team member, you'll step in when needed covering shifts for holidays, sickness and busy times. Your flexibility will make a real difference to our residents and your colleagues.

What you'll be part of:

Vacuuming, dusting and keeping rooms fresh and welcoming

Looking after laundry and linen with care and attention

Helping residents enjoy a tidy, comfortable environment

Working with a kind, supportive team who've always got your back

What we're looking for:

Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organised

A caring and considerate attitude towards others

Good attention to detail and a can-do approach

The ability to work well as part of a team

Experience of working in a care home would be an advantage

Understanding of the safe use of cleaning chemicals in a care home environment

No previous care experience needed just a willingness to learn

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.


You will also need to become amember of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
