As a part of the relief kitchen team, you will lead the way in providing a healthy meals and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. You will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, maintaining a clean kitchen environment and undertaking routine checks. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Kitchen Assistants.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Creativity, with flare for good presentation of food, ensuring it is attractive to those with reduced appetite.
A professional approach to food management and food hygiene.
A strong work ethic and lead by example creating a positive workplace culture.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy kitchen environment.
Initiative to plan, prioritise and work with minimal supervision and work independently.
