Locum Dispenser Opportunities - Alloa & Stirling Pharmacies

We are hoping to build a small pool of

Locum / Relief Dispensers

to support our pharmacies in

Alloa and Stirling

on an ongoing, flexible basis with regular shifts available in the lead-up to Christmas and further cover throughout the year.

You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team where your experience will be valued and you'll be able to pick up shifts as and when you're available.

Main Responsibilities

Providing an accurate, efficient and professional dispensing service to all customers Serving patients, taking in prescriptions, and selling medicines at the counter Supporting the Pharmacist to deliver an excellent customer experience and meet legal requirements Dispensing repeat and acute medications Working closely with the Pharmacist and wider pharmacy team Preparing and managing compliance aids Offering healthcare advice within your competence Maintaining stock levels and ensuring good organisation within the dispensary

Essential Requirements

NVQ2 (or equivalent) in Pharmacy Services Excellent communication and listening skills Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism Good organisational skills, able to multitask and work to deadlines Confident building relationships with GP surgeries, care homes and wider partners A willingness to learn, adapt and support different stores when needed
