We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic relief Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the daily activities of the nursery, ensuring that each child receives the care and attention they need to thrive. Duties

- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Support children's learning through engaging activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment, including tidying up after activities and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in managing daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities.
- Drive initiatives that promote leadership among children by encouraging teamwork and cooperation.

Experience

- Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with children and parents effectively.
- Experience in managing groups of children and leading activities is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development is crucial.
