About the Role

We are currently recruiting

two Relief Patrol Officers

to support security across a busy housing estate. You will provide a visible presence, deter ASB, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Regular foot patrols across the estate Respond to ASB, disturbances, and security incidents Engage professionally with residents and provide reassurance De-escalate conflict and manage incidents calmly Report incidents and complete digital logs Liaise with housing officers and local police when required

What Were Looking For

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence

Confident patrolling large areas Strong communication and conflict management skills Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
