We are looking to recruit a relief pharmacist to work across our Lancashire pharmacies. We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, with a genuine interest in community pharmacy and the services it offers to the public. The successful candidate will be supported by one of our experienced managers with all aspects of their learning along with an opportunity to taste what pharmacy is like across other aspects within the community such as high street pharmacy medipak dispensing, Atlas Care home systems, BD Rowa original pack robots, methameasure, new PMR systems such as Titan, covid-19 vaccination services and much more.
The successful candidate will be able to support the branch manager with dispensary management, hitting key KPIs, service delivery and staff support. A passion for leadership is an essential quality alongside a passion for supporting the local communities with health needs.
We are willing to discuss working patterns and salary with the right candidate depending on experience and requirements. We are also open to discussions around supporting training to become an independent prescriber after a minimum of 12 months service. The salary indicates a range of experiences from newly qualified pharmacist to a qualified independent prescriber. We are looking for a minimum of 3 days per week to a maximum of 5 days per week.
We are passionate about supporting Lancashire, and would like to invite someone to join us who also cares about patient experience and supporting positive healthcare changes within our community. If you believe this is you then we would love to hear from you.
