We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative, floor check ins and some housekeeping tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy reception environment.
Hours of work 9pm to 6am, ad hoc bookings during the week and weekends.
Responsibilities
Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
Handle administrative duties including typing, filing, and clerical tasks.
Some general housekeeping duties as well as checking floors, letting in and out our residents.
Qualifications
Previous reception experience would be an advantage but full training can be given.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A professional demeanour with outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
