Relief Retail Coordinator

25 hours per week

Salary 16,217 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Relief Retail Co-ordinator to join our retail team. If you are a dedicated, hardworking, self-motivated individual, come and join our fantastic retail team.

The successful candidate will provide holiday and sickness cover for all of our 10 shops including our ebay and on line operation. You will manage a team of volunteers and relish the challenge of improving profitability as well as ensuring the smooth running of our shops. Engaging with supporters and our local community brings with it a sense of pride and achievement whilst feeling like you are making a real difference. It is important that we point out that you must be able to prioritise a changing workload and be flexible to meet the demands of the business and nature of the role.

A proven track record in retail or customer service roles is essential. You will need a full driving licence and access to a car due to travelling to different locations. Flexibility will also be essential, as will the ability to apply your skills with positivity and enthusiasm; you will have the communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to thrive in a friendly working environment.
