About the Role:
We are currently seeking a vigilant and reliable
Relief Retail Security Officer
to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support multiple retail sites on a flexible basis, providing a visible and reassuring presence to help prevent theft and ensure the safety of staff and customers.Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the retail premises and monitor CCTV activity. Prevent and respond to theft, vandalism, and other incidents. Provide a visible deterrent to criminal activity. Engage with customers and staff professionally and courteously. Complete incident and shift reports accurately and promptly. Work across multiple store locations, covering holidays, sickness, and high-demand periods.
Requirements:
Valid SIA License (Essential) Previous retail security experience preferred Strong communication and observational skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours Able to remain calm under pressure and handle incidents with discretion Ability to travel between sites as needed (driver's license may be an advantage)
