Relief Security Officer

12.60 per hour

Zero hours contract

WORKING PATTERN: :

12 hour shifts - days - nights - Weekends.

THE ROLE:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Relief Security Officer to join our team in Glasgow.

This is for a relief officer position based Glasgow area working in a variety of roles ranging from mobile patrol officer to gatehouse officer. Short notice availability is advantageous. Driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

At least 3 years security industry experience preferably in several different roles including mobile security officer, keyholding, gatehouse, front of house, lone working. Must have good organisational and record-keeping skills. IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications. Well-presented and can deal with members of the public in a professional manner. Can work on your own and use your own initiative. Reliable and trustworthy Good driving skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

You must be able to provide a check-able 5-year employment history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods in receipt of benefits). Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate is desirable.

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:

You must have a current Front-Line SIA licence. Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points and have own transport.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:

Face to face interview will be conducted.

Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
