SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

As a Relief Security Officer at HSG, you'll ensure the?safety of our customers, staff, their buildings, and assets. To provide the highest standards of customer service and professionalism always.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be required to:

Maintain the security of the site Carry out foot patrols and if required locking and unlocking of buildings Follow and maintain site specific assignment instructions Work with our client to actively deter theft and manage conflicts Act as a first point of contact for security issues and incidents Conduct daily occurrence reports and incident reports Be proactive in reporting any faults with the client's equipment

Requirements:

Hold an SIA Licence (door supervisor or security guard) Have the right to work in the UK Experience in security work Experience in a customer service environment Good communication skills Ability to manage conflict is preferred, but not essential Basic IT skills Ability to lone work A driving licence is essential

Please note that all candidates will have to go through a five-year checkable work history as part of the vetting standards BS7858.

FLEXABILITY

All job roles could be subject change due to operational and client needs. You may be asked to take on other tasks within the business during certain periods of a working week.

Times of work

This role is to cover holidays and sickness, with varying hours each week, covering shifts Monday -Sunday (6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am). This offers the flexibility for you to work shifts that work around your other commitments.

Salary

13 hourly rate
