Job Overview
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional security officer to support gate house duties at a busy manufacturing site.
- The site is visited by up to 5000 staff and visitors daily.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major international vehicle manufacturer and has scope for development into the emergency response team.
- Access control
- Vehicle and bag searching
- Contractor and visitor processing
- Patrol duties
- control and delivery of client process
- Telephone communications
- Incident report writing
- The use of body worn cameras
- Support in delivery of emergency procedures
- A forward thinking proactive security professional with a desire for personal development
- Valid SG or DS SIA licence
- Driving license preferred
- Flexible shift pattern - with a view to moving into a formal shift rotation in time
- Good written and spoken English
