Join our passionate team at Reayrt Skyal as a Senior Social Care Worker and make a real difference to people living with dementia.


Reayrt Skyal is a 16-bed residential home in Ramsey, part of the Dementia Care & Support Service. Our mission is simple: help residents live fulfilled lives with dignity, independence, and choice.


You'll lead and inspire your team on daily shifts, keep care plans and risk assessments up to date, work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, and champion high standards and governance. Shifts include nights on rotation.
