Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Relief Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic nursery environment.

To assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the base rooms Create a safe and stimulating environment where children thrive Organise and plan activities promoting children's individual development and interests To liaise with other professionals and parents and ensure high levels of communication and partnership working are maintained at all times. Work with the team to monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided Work closely as a key person with children and families Be an effective role model to the children Support practitioners during meal times and activities Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: 12.41-13.46 per hour
