Job Description

Hours per week: 40


Shift pattern: Monday-Sunday, Mornings/Evenings/Weekends. Must be flexible to be able to work till 02:00am. Full flexibility across the week required, working 5 out of 7 days per week.

Enhanced Rate:

12.74 per hour (when carrying out Supervisory duties)

Additional:

1.50 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm and 6am


As a

Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor

, you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our venues run smoothly. While your main focus will be assisting customers, you'll also step up to carry out supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.
