About the Role



As a Relief Support Practitioner (Responder), your role will involve conducting dynamic risk assessments, screening needs through effective communication and working proactively to prevent hospital admissions. While you may be working independently, you won't be alone; our close-knit team offer support and ensures continuity of care for the people we support.

You do not need professional experience to join us. We provide comprehensive induction training, including the use of ELK Lifting Cushion to all new team members.
