Homelife Ayr

specialises in providing day-to-day support to over 25 individuals across South Ayrshire living with physical/learning disabilities. We provide a person-centred service and ensure our support is tailored to suit each person's needs and help them achieve their goals.


Our support includes:

Daily living support Housing support Support to access local community Vocational support within educational settings

We are seeking dedicated Support staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with adults with a physical or learning disability to provide them with the care and support they need to thrive. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

This is a Relief Contract



What you will need to succeed/bring to the role



Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude Ability to build trusting long-lasting relationships Empathy and excellent communication skills Excellent team player Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals.

It is desirable for the successful candidate to have access to a car
