Location: Throughout the North-West
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexible working
Salary: 12.60 per hour / 24,570 per annum

The Role
The duties and responsibilities of a support worker are varied because the people you support all have individual needs. Whilst this can be a very diverse role,
the key focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.
Within the
Relief Support Worker
role, you will be covering support worker holidays and sickness, across the North-West.
Examples of what this entails as below:
- Pre assessments, with potential tenants
- Tenant check ins and housing benefit applications
- Risk assessments and support plans
- Documenting all support on our CRM systems
- Teaching life skills and assist with obtaining employment
- Become a role model and companion
- Signpost to relevant agencies
- Initiate and handle evictions, when necessary
Skills and Responsibilities
- Diary management; you will organise your own diary and time to successfully provide the necessary support to your client base
- Regular communication: you will update the relevant team members and ensure to raise any safeguarding concerns in line with company policies
- IT; you will be IT literate and competent with emails
- Interpersonal skills; you will understand how to support and build rapport with each of your clients, in a way specific to them
- Challenges; you are confident at navigating through challenging behaviour and conflict
