Job Description
CMHSG is seeking a flexible and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support adults experiencing mental health challenges and to promote wellbeing in a safe, supportive and social environment.
Job Summary
As a Relief Support Worker, you will engage with service users, promote independence and wellbeing and provide both emotional and practical support. You will play a vital part in fostering a welcoming environment and encouraging participation in social activities within the centre.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Engage with service users, promoting social activities, independence and wellbeing and provide emotional and practical support
Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, proactively keeping all areas of the centre clean
Undertake kitchen duties as per rota, adhering to food hygiene rules and regulations
Uphold strict code of responsibility and collaborate with and support team members
Promote a positive attitude towards mental health, demonstrating an understanding of mental health challenges

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
