We are looking for a Relief/Bank Care Assistant to join our friendly, community?focused day service supporting older adults and people with memory loss to stay connected, and enjoy meaningful activities in our local community in North Norfolk. Our team is warm, dedicated, and passionate about making every day feel safe, social, and fulfilling.

We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Relief/Bank Care Assistant who can step in to support our team during busy periods, staff leave, or planned activities. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a real difference.

What You'll Do

Support individuals to participate in daily activities, social groups, and wellbeing sessions Assist with personal care in a respectful, dignified way Help with mealtime support and safe mobility Build positive relationships with the people who attend our service Work closely with the team to maintain a warm, inclusive environment Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety guidance

A caring, patient, and person?centred approach Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and flexibility Experience in care is helpful but not essential -- full training is provided A commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence
