About the Role:
Milk Education is supporting a secondary school in Enfield with the recruitment of a Religious Education (RE) teacher for a full-time, ongoing contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons while making a real difference in students' learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver stimulating RE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Support students' understanding of moral, philosophical, and religious topics.
Encourage students' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.
Contribute to the school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral support.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support school initiatives.
Person Specification:
Qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Religious Education.
Experience teaching secondary students preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
