Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consultant to join our small Tamworth team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in customer service and sales, with proven expertise in liaising with a client base and dealing with the public. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients who are dealing with stressful situations after being displaced from their homes due to floods, fires and natural disasters.

Duties

To source alternative accommodation for insurance clients displaced from their homes and to liaise with clients on a daily basis in a helpful and courteous manner. Make accommodation bookings using booking platforms sites. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage client accounts tracking interactions and progress of accommodation sourced. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address client challenges. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients through effective communication channels.

Requirements

Proven experience in a consulting role or similar position within human resources or sales. Strong lead generation skills with a focus on relationship management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in social media management to enhance client visibility is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
