About the Role
Assisting the Remedial division, your typical day will be supporting and aiding the day-to-day running of the department. Ensuring that all customer service is at the forefront of your role, you will be contacting clients about the maintenance of their fall protection and access equipment, logistically booking in planned works and aiding with paperwork & certification.
What We're Looking For
An ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and compliance
Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing schedules and requirements
Confident using IT systems and able to quickly learn bespoke software and client portals
Team-oriented, with a flexible approach to supporting colleagues when required
Reliable and professional, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and standards
Nice to Have
Experience in any of the following may set you apart:
Background in fall protection or the wider construction industry
Experience in business administration and customer support
Planning workflows and logistics experience
Location & Hours
This role is based at our Sheffield office, and is contracted for 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
