Key Responsibilities:
Take full control of project management and service delivery for our
Fire Damper Remedial Projects
.
Ensure all works meet
BS 9999, BESA DW145 Regulations
.
Managing
Mechanical & Firestopping Technicians
--including HR responsibilities.
Oversee staff training & companies accreditation for Mechanical Services.
Co-ordinate
site inspections, competency checks, and audits
.
Work with internal teams & clients to resolve project challenges.
Oversee project documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent
leadership, project management, and organisational skills
.
Effective
communication and negotiation
abilities.
Tech-savvy with
Microsoft Office and relevant software
.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical knowledge not essential but preferred.
Experience of managing site-based projects & staff.
IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable).
SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
UK Driving Licence.
Ability to obtain DBS and security clearance.
Experience working in prisons or high-security sites (desirable).
Willingness to travel as required.
