We are looking for Administrators to join our Remortgage Team in Stockport.

Duties will include:
Processing incoming post, emails and faxes.
Accurately entering data onto a case management system.
Verifying client identification.
Liaising with third parties including lenders, brokers, solicitors and estate agents.
Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.
Completing tasks in compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR and anti-money laundering regulations.
Any other duties as required by the business.
What you'll need:
Customer service experience
An eye for detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Proficiency and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes
Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative
Full training and support upon joining.
