Remote Administrative Assistant
to support our team from home. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
GLA Group head office is based in Colchester and training will be coordinated from there.
Key Responsibilities:
Forward assessments and manage documentation
Handle GLA Installer cards and CSCS cards
Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them
Order and manage stock and supplies
Provide support with HR and training processes
Schedule and organize Teams meetings
Assist with marketing activities
Support team members with ad hoc tasks
Help prepare documentation for new contracts
Conduct research as required
Manage printing coordination and related tasks
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and remote work tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous administrative experience preferred
