Remote Dental Call Handler

We're seeking dedicated individuals with a dental background, whether as a dental nurse or receptionist, to join our team. This remote position involves promptly responding to phone and email inquiries from patients experiencing dental emergencies during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Key responsibilities include managing appointment bookings for on-call dental teams across various locations, handling payments securely, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

Compassionate and caring demeanor for dealing with patients in distress Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Prior experience in dental administration or reception Punctuality and reliability

Working Hours:

The role requires availability for shifts throughout the month with flexibility to suit your lifestyle, encompassing various shifts on a rotating basis:

Monday to Friday: 5 pm to 9 pm Saturday & Sunday: 8 am to 2 pm / 2 pm to 8 pm Graveyard: 9 pm to midnight Monday to Friday and weekends 8 pm to midnight (this is paid as an allowance)
