We're now looking for a

Creative Strategist

to join our remote team and help us level up our paid social advertising on TikTok, Meta, and beyond.

The Role

As our

Creative Strategist

, you'll be responsible for developing high-performing ad concepts, storytelling angles, and data-driven creative strategies that resonate with audiences and convert. You'll work closely with our content and performance team to bring bold, scroll-stopping ideas to life from brainstorming fresh hooks to briefing production-ready assets.This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a single, growing DTC eCommerce brand no agency juggling, just full immersion into scaling one business.

What You'll Do

Generate creative ad concepts, hooks, and angles weekly for TikTok, Meta, and other channels Develop and maintain a central creative strategy document to guide testing and iteration Work alongside editors and media buyers to ensure ideas are translated into assets that perform Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inspire new ideas Use AI tools to streamline research, ideation, and testing workflows Share insights and learnings with the team to continuously improve creative output

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in performance creative or paid social Proven understanding of what makes content convert on TikTok, Meta, and other paid channels Highly creative, with a knack for spotting cultural trends and turning them into ad concepts Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ideas and projects at once A passion for eCommerce, health & wellness, and performance marketing you enjoy learning, testing, and geeking out on what works
