Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

to join our growing dental team. This fully remote role is central to ensuring smooth patient communication and the effective management of enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for all new patients, responsible for converting enquiries into bookings, and supporting patients through their treatment journey.

Responsibilities



Manage all incoming patient leads and enquiries (phone, email, and online platforms) Arrange bookings and coordinate diary management across the clinical team Follow up with existing leads to encourage treatment bookings and improve conversion rates Communicate treatment options clearly and confidently to patients Support patients in understanding their treatment journey, providing reassurance and clarity Act as a bridge between patients and clinicians to ensure smooth care delivery Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and bookings

Requirements



Native-level English speaker

with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong

sales and conversion skills

, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Previous

Dental Treatment Coordinator experience

is required In-depth knowledge of common dental treatments (e.g., Invisalign, implants, whitening, restorative and cosmetic dentistry) Confident in handling patient objections and guiding them towards making informed decisions Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously Comfortable using CRM systems, practice management software, and online communication tools Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
