Residential Conveyancer
on board to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for conveyancers seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the support of an established and regulated law firm, without excessive micromanagement.
About the Role
Hybrid or fully remote working
Employed position
Manage your own caseload
Full onboarding and client setup handled by the firm
Initial client documents issued centrally
Supported by an established firm with a broad range of legal practice areas
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Handle:
Sales
Purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of Equity
Deal with Help to Buy, Right to Buy, and Shared Ownership transactions
Progress files efficiently and accurately
Maintain professional, friendly, and clear communication with clients
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' residential conveyancing experience
Able to manage files independently
Confident using Hoowla (or willing to learn quickly)
Well organised, reliable, and client-focused
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
