Salary: Approximately \xc2\xa3100,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
Location: Remote in the UK, with a monthly meeting at the London office.

We are currently seeking a Remote Java Engineer to join a London-based FinTech scale-up. With a team of around 50 employees, this company develops software that enables banks and financial organisations to streamline their operations and transform their processes in the FinTech industry.

As a Remote Java Engineer, you will work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. The tech stack includes Java, Spring, AWS, Docker, and PostgresSQL.
We are looking for a Remote Java Engineer (Top 100 FinTech) who possesses the following:
- Mid-level Java development experience
- Exposure to public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with modern development practices such as TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
- Subsidised medical insurance available
- 8% workplace pension based on earnings bands
- Remote working with a requirement to visit the London office once a month for team meet-ups
