? Your Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker:

• Offer expert, whole-of-market advice on remortgage and protection products.

• Work with clients across South Wales via telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments.

• Maintain high conversion and compliance standards.

• Leverage full back-office support and pre-qualified leads to maximize efficiency and earnings.

• Stay up-to-date with FCA regulations, lender criteria, and protection products.

? Candidate Requirements:

• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.

• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.

• Strong knowledge of remortgage and protection markets.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your diary independently.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Reside in South Wales or nearby areas (Newport, Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, etc.).
