Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare services team in a fully remote, part-time role. This position involves working 17.5 hours per week over 5 days, with a flexible start date. You will work 3.5 hours each day during GP practice opening afternoon hours (we will discuss this further in the interview)

As a Clinical Pharmacist with us, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to assist patients in managing their medications and chronic conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Hold an undergraduate degree in pharmacy.

Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Have previous experience working in Primary Care.

Have completed the CPPE Pathway.

Be familiar and proficient in using SystemOne.
