is looking for passionate and motivated
Remote Pharmacy Technicians
to join our national team supporting Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly from home while playing a key role in improving patient care and supporting general practice teams. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day medicines management activities and providing expert clinical support and advice to patients -- helping to deliver safe, high-quality healthcare.
What You'll Do
As a
Remote Pharmacy Technician
, you'll:
Support general practice teams with day-to-day medicines management.
Resolve medication-related queries and communicate with patients, prescribers, and local pharmacies.
Conductmedication reconciliations,manage repeat prescriptions, and monitor high-risk drugs.
Contribute to QOF/CQC prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts.
Assist with Structured Medication Review (SMR) preparation and shared care protocols (training provided).
Play a key role in improving patient outcomes and access to care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About you
Qualifications
A relevant qualification to show you are registered Pharmacy Technician with GPHC
To already be enrolled on the CPPE Primary Care pathway or completed already.
Experience
6-12+ months experience working within primary care/GP practice setting.
Experience with EMIS or System 1 or both
Have Internet connection /WIFI at all times during working hours
