We're currently seeking an organised, customer-oriented Removals Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their moving journey - from the initial enquiry to the final delivery.
Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent communication and support throughout the moving process
Prepare and send accurate quotations, invoices, and move documentation
Handle customer inquiries, changes, and problem resolution in a professional and timely manner
Maintain records and update the CRM system with all move details
Support the sales team as needed
Perform basic administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scanning and filing documents, and updating internal systems
Supporting sister companies or other upcoming projects as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in moving, logistics, and customer service (preferred)
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRM Moveman preferred)
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
