HGV Driver/Loader

is disrupting the self storage market. Part of the 'easy' family of brands, we collect from the customer's home or business, transfer their items to one of our storage warehouses, store for as long as required, before returning their items back to them. We really take the "pain" out of self storage.

Responsibilities:

Lead the collection/delivery team Communicate with customers and deliver a great customer service experience In addition to driving duties, you'll help with loading and un-loading Supervise safe loading of our storage PODs, minimizing the potential damage to customer's items Manage customer data entry into our tablet system Liase with warehouse staff Schedule and plan you week to avoid bottlenecks

?LICENCES (Essential):

?C1 Licence 7.5 HGV Tachograph card

EXPERIENCE (preferred):

?Removals industry: 2 years. Manual Handling & Furniture Handling

The Person:

You should be well-organised, friendly and good with customers. You will be able work independently and solve problems as they come up. To lead by example and gain the respect of the other drivers and loaders (porters). This is a hands on roll and can be intense at times so the candidate must be physically fit and able

Salary: 31,000.00-37,000.00 per year Overtime paid at double pay.
