Job Description

We are looking for a reliable person to join and work as part of our team. Removals experience is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn the trade is essential, with a good level of common sense, work ethic, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.

We take particular pride in providing a high standard of customer service with attention to detail and it is imperative to us that you will provide that same standard of service. You must be presentable (uniform will be provided), polite, conscientious, hardworking and in particular have a willingness to work as part of our team.

As part of the team you will be required to pack and move household furniture and contents to customer's new property or into storage. You will also be required to assist within the warehouse as required.

Requirements:

Physically strong & fit due to heavy lifting and walking involved in removals. The ability take instructions and to learn to safely load and stack vehicles. Honest and responsible attitude to customer's property. Good time keeping. The position will occasionally require working in mainland UK from Monday to Friday as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working within a team, your main responsibilities will be:

Carry items to the vehicle(s) safely and without damaging items or premises. Loading and securing the contents in the vehicle. At all times being considerate to and assisting colleagues within your team.

Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
