We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Driver/ Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role assisting our removal team, help maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles and equipment, plus providing exceptional customer service. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to drive, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clients premises, belongings and our vehicles/ equipment.
Assist with the transportation of items as needed, ensuring safe handling and delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients inquiries and assisting with their needs promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Drive company vehicles as required for various tasks, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to drive safely and responsibly; a valid driving licence is Required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
