3.5T Luton Van Driver / Porter - Removals

Steventon, Oxfordshire | Full-time, permanent

We are a busy and growing removals company based in Oxfordshire and are looking for a reliable and hardworking 3.5-ton Luton van driver / porter to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a physical, hands-on role involving driving, loading, unloading, and working closely with a removals crew. We are looking for someone dependable, professional with customers, and willing to work during busy periods, which are rewarded financially.

Pay & Earnings

25,000 basic annual salary Extra pay for weekend work Monthly performance bonus structure:
- After 20 days worked in a calendar month, you will receive 100 for each additional day worked
- Example:
25 days worked = 500 extra for that month

During peak periods, this bonus can be achieved regularly
Realistic earnings potential:

27,000-28,000 per year in quieter periods 29,000-32,000+ per year during busy / peak months
All bonuses are paid clearly and transparently.

The Job Role

Driving a 3.5T Luton van Loading and unloading furniture and household goods Working as part of a removals team Representing the company professionally with customers Variable working days depending on workload (with bonuses for extra days)

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (over 25) Experience driving a 3.5T van preferred Removals or manual handling experience advantageous Physically fit and reliable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Weekend availability Some overnights away (paid) Valid passport
