Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled External Wall Insulation Installer and Renderer to join our domestic energy retrofit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of EWI systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. Experience with Wetherby EWI systems beneficial.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilise a broad range of skills, and contribute to the successful completion of high-quality construction work. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a strong background in construction-related trades.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of external wall insulation systems and be willing to flex into other wall, floor and roof insulation installations. Undertake repairs and maintenance to external wall insulation systems. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Follow detailed schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise installation Assist with construction site preparation, including site clearance and layout marking Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards Conduct quality checks on installed components and rectify any issues promptly Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase

Qualifications

Proven experience in external wall insulation installation. Ideally carded with Wetherby Wall Systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately Strong understanding of safety protocols within construction environments Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse outdoor or indoor settings Relevant certifications or licences in roofing, electrical work, or other trades are advantageous but not essential Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
