Overview


We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering techniques and be proficient in using various hand and power tools. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial properties, and requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities



Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents as necessary. Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications for optimal consistency. Use hand tools such as trowels, floats, and scrapers to achieve desired textures. Operate power tools safely for cutting and shaping materials. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including bricklayers and carpenters, to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding areas. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plastering tasks. Knowledge of bricklaying and masonry techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with carpentry practices will be beneficial for project collaboration. Experience in roofing or welding is considered a plus but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively. Job Requirements - Renderer (Sand & Cement / Silica Specialist)



We are seeking a skilled renderer with proven experience in sand and cement finishes, including silica-based rendering systems. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

Experienced in sand and cement rendering

on internal and external surfaces

Skilled in applying silica render systems

, including preparation and finishing techniques Able to achieve smooth, consistent finishes to a high standard Knowledge of mixing ratios, curing times, and surface preparation Familiar with tools and equipment required for sand, cement, and silica rendering Capable of working independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Able to follow safety guidelines and worksite protocols

Must have a valid driving licence and own a van

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 180.00-240.00 per day
